First of all, we prayed to our Lord God to bring to us the perfect realtor for us, our home and our future. Our prayers were answered in a referral from a friend pointing us to Brenda!A friend was entirely happy with what Brenda did for them in selling their rather expensive home. Our home would probably be considered a starter home since it was on the small side (though we updated nearly everything and added gardens), but Brenda was enthusiastic to take us and our home. She helped guide us on what to do for final updates almost 2 years earlier (the pandemic delayed our decision -- she was SO patient with us!). We did those updates and some more. Brenda said that the initial showings would be busy, but a breeze. She brought an excellent and professional videographer, and likewise a photographer (complete with a drone for aerial views!) for the posting. We had never been through a home sale before, and with the added burden of having to downsize significantly, we really needed the shepherding. Brenda, again, was God's answer to our prayers!The sale is now complete. God sometimes surprises us with more abundance than we even ask Him for when we humble ourselves and ask with thanksgiving.
